Social and Cultural Committee

The Social and Cultural committee of CAMSU e.V. is responsible for organizing and managing social and cultural events within CAMSU. Being in a foreign country, there is the need to maintain and promote our cultural heritage and customs and improve the awareness of such within the new society in which we live.
This leads to better understanding and integration which fosters a more convenient environment for the achievement of academic pursuits. In this light, CAMSU organizes several different events each year such as the orientation days, cultural weekends, and much more.

The Social and Cultural committee is further sub-divided for better manageability and accountability. These parts are:
The Sports Division which is responsible for sporting events and participation in tournaments nation-wide. There is currently a female handball team which is waxing strong and more to come in the future.
The Social Division handles the organization of cultural events and creates occasions for people to meet and learn about our culture and heritage. By getting to know one another better, we are better equipped to face the world at-large.
